I just finished up doing 35+ yrs of design, construction and on-site facilities management for fed govt. I've seen lots of plumbing done. Their work was fantastic. We bought rescue cottage (70+ yrs of cobbled together plumbing. And gas lines. And who knows what!) and replaced all sanitary, water supply and gas lines. New work was high and tight and clean. The crew guys were the nicest, answering all my questions. Plumbing related, 812 house or Fairhope related. Wish I had time to post Before and After pictures. Amazing. Its corny, but 5Starr gets 5 stars for their work here. Really, don't waste any more time. Finding someone super responsive can be a problem. Got a plumbing problem big or small, call 5Starr. And very reasonable. And when they come in, they knock it out. Hat's off to 5Starr. Thank you for the nice, clean, work.
The service was great. They knew what they were doing and quickly fixed my problem. They will be my go-to plumbers for future projects. The woman who answered the telephone went above and beyond to get this repair done for me. The repair was fixed by 10:15 the next morning.

I wanted to touch base and let the team know we are pleased with the tankless water heater. I am so glad we had a recirculating loop installed, so we're getting water in the kitchen, guest bath, and laundry room in less than 7-8 seconds. The technician did a GREAT job! Can't thank him enough.
